I have been a cat owner my whole life (normal moggies) and when I first started the process of looking for a Bengal cat, Cathy immediately put me at ease and answered a number of questions I had about the breed (following my own research).  

She was more than happy to accommodate us for a visit to see the litter at her home and meet the kittens before paying a deposit. Her set up is beyond impressive with a great play area, and separate rooms for each mother and her kittens. Meeting Cathy put me even more at ease, she was incredibly friendly and you could see she loved all of her cats, and that it wasn’t just a business for her. 

We initially intended to get only one (our boy, Loki) but a week or so after our trip we decided to pay the deposit for one of his sisters (Sassy). We saw the litter at only c.7 weeks old and they were gorgeous albeit slightly more timid given their age. 

Once we had decided on Loki and Sassy, Cathy shared regular updates with us on how they were doing along with weekly photos which made us so excited. Again any questions I had during this time, Cathy was more than happy to answer and was incredibly responsive over WhatsApp. 

We opted for her husband Mark to deliver the cats which was incredibly cost efficient and time saving. The cats came with a whole host of goodies (including toys, 4 weeks of pet insurance, some dry food and some litter), microchipped and having had all of their jabs. Cathy also offered a call to help us make them feel settled and make sure that we were prepared.  

Immediately both Loki and Sassy were affectionate and playful. We were amazed at how quickly they settled into their new home with new people. I have never met two such confident kittens and I have no doubt this is due to the love that Cathy has given them (in the past I have had rescue kittens which have taken longer to build confidence). They are an absolute joy to have around and we are completely obsessed with them already. 

If I was ever in the market for another Bengal, I wouldn’t ever hesitate to go straight back to Cathy and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Bengal baby.

We recently had to say good bye to a much loved elderly cat and companion to our seven year old Bengal Theo. As there were no Bengal breeders in our area we began an internet search, looking for a breeder for whom the health and wellbeing of their adult cats and kittens was paramount. Fairysnow Bengals stood out for us, as there was a description of each cat and their pedigree, plenty of photos of cats with their kittens and lots of helpful information and advice about the breed. After having a WhatsApp call with Cathy, we were given all the confidence we needed to go ahead. When we visited Cathy at her home to meet Amber, we were delighted to see how happy and beautifully cared for all her cats were. 

Cathy promised to send us weekly updates and photos of Amber and these were eagerly anticipated and enjoyed. We arranged for Cathy’s husband to deliver Amber to us and this turned out to be a cost effective and efficient service. She came with some food, litter, her blanket and a selection of toys which were much appreciated. 

Amber has quickly settled in to our home and is a very happy bundle of energy. She is confident, loving and affectionate and we are completely besotted. Theo is more accepting of her each day. 

We would not hesitate to recommend Fairysnow Bengals as an outstanding breeder.
